Should drivers be allowed to use a cell phone while driving a car?

No, it gets them distracted and is what causes accidents. Bluetooths should be used because you don't have to hold it. With cell phones their in one hand and you're driving with the other...don't you get taught two hands at the wheel at ALL times.

Well, they passed a law here in early November. It's a $75 ticket if you're talking on a hand held phone while driving.

Studies show that talking on the cellphone well driving takes up to much of your brain power and it doesn't leave enough for you to focus on driving... Even Bluetoothes and stuff do that because when your on the phone you use more of your imagination then when you're talking to a person in the car with you.
